Essential Job Functions
* Process, log and work MarkeTrak exceptions in the TX market.
* Work with internal and external parties to resolve MarkeTrak issues in the TX market as well as resolving issues in markets outside of TX.
* Serve as backup on all enrollment related exceptions.
* Assist team with overflow workload when needed.
Other Skills & Abilities
* Ability to come up with creative solutions to resolving issues; excellent analytical and customer service skills required
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
* Ability to handle fast-paced environment
Required Experience
- 1-2 years experience in the Energy Industry
- Direct Experience untilizing ERCOT MareTrak
