About this job







Communicate with Venders and Employees to meet staffing requirements.











Provides Orientation and training to Employees regarding company policies and procedures.











Monitors payroll time clock for tardiness, absences, etc. & builds report to communicate information to plant manager.











Prepares oral & written reports for Plant Manager.











Communicates, Organizing and follow up with employees and Manager.











Prepares bi-weekly payroll time reports for submission.











Maintains employee attendance records for purposes of monthly, quarterly & annual Attendance Bonus











Maintains employee records. Documents all details into employee files.











Prepares and posts company announcements.











Maintains vacation records, posts vacation requests, secures approvals of vacation requests.











Prepares Employee Status Changes (raises, address changes, etc.) for approval by CFO for submission .











Receives calls from employees if they will not be at work (on time or at all) and makes calls to other employees to come in and work.

Requirements

Experience working in the HR Personnel Dept. Microsoft office Word and Excel. Adobe Software. Detail and Accuracy with confidentiality where appropriate.
