The Salesforce Administrator will contribute to a variety of larger systems projects, including CRM, contract management, and business intelligence. A talented candidate taking on this role will work across different functional groups to define, deliver, and implement the Salesforce.com platform as a tool to drive sales, facilitate account management, and marketing. This employee will be responsible for our supporting our day-to-day administration and operation of Salesforce.com platform, related applications, processes, and workflows. This is an ideal position for a candidate interested in both learning and optimizing business processes, and will set up them up to take on greater responsibility within the company.
Responsibilities of the Salesforce Administrator

Interact with decision-makers, users, and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze, design, and build a best-in-class Salesforce.com implementation

Creates business process models, including future state solution design documents using business requirements gathered from key stakeholders

Use effective facilitation techniques in user design sessions including capability design, prioritization, process improvements, etc.

Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity and storage management

Work with end users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce usage including training, documentation and support as necessary

Establish and implement best practices with regard to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity

Design and generate Salesforce dashboards, reports and statistics that support better decision making and process improvement within the organization, including sales forecasting, win/loss analysis, and market trend analysis, etc.

Work with key sales and marketing stakeholders to drive continuous improvement within the organization Research changes in upcoming versions of salesforce.com and other integrated applications; provide recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a discipline such as Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics •1 to 3 years of systems integration and/or Salesforce Administration experience preferred •Salesforce Certification a plus •Some experience with implementation or maintenance of any major CRM platform (salesforce.com, Siebel, MS CRM, etc.) •Ability to translate capability requests into technical specifications •Demonstrated ability in end user support and application development
