BOOKKEEPER

A specialty food distribution client in the Van Nuys area is looking for an experienced bookkeeper with a strong knowledge of accounting practices.

Job Duties

Looking for a candidate experienced in all aspects of bookkeeping, including but not limited to:

  • Accounts receivables / collection

  • Accounts payable

  • Bank reconciliation

  • Journal entry posting

  • Financial report preparation

    Requirements



  • Strong knowledge in financial accounting

  • Must be proficient with Excel

  • Experience using Sage 100 ERP (Mas 90) a plus

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work autonomously or with a team

  • High attention to detail

  • Responsible, reliable, resourceful, and professional

  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality on all matters

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be detail oriented

    Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00 depending on experience
