Lab Tech - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Lab Tech.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Experis is searching for a Lab Tech to join their client's team in Framingham MA on a contract basis. As a member of the Sample Management Department of Clinical Specialty Laboratory within the Clinical Laboratory Science Group, you will be responsible for receiving and properly identifying samples; sorting samples according to protocol and inspects for sample integrity; performing daily initial data entry into laboratory information system and processing specimens following standard protocol.

You should be able to accession all sample type; manage and maintain the sample inventory for clinical trials and post marketing specimens.

You will interact with clinical sites and others to resolve specimen issues and match/merge patient information as needed.

Additionally, you will troubleshoot general problems in the lab and problems that arise during accessioning and document imaging and follow established safety guidelines and may work to current GLP standards.
Skills: proficient with computers, attention to detail, High school diploma. Previous experience using Medical Terminology or Accessioning experience desired
