WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Growing Manufacturing facility in Franklin, MA is adding to its WAREHOUSE team on FIRST SHIFT! PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for performing inspections and/or audits of purchased parts, materials, equipment and quality control programs. Performs manual and administrative duties related to the shipping, receiving, storing, and the distribution of materials and parts. * Work is completed independently to determine appropriate procedures for new assignments. * Perform and supervise periodic Inventory Scans. Execute Inventory Reconciliations. * Rebuild/Refurb Sub Assemblies to like new condition. In-depth understanding and knowledge across all assembly functions and with proven ability to apply knowledge in any production assembly operations or Prep. * Continue to build on the knowledge base of Oracle shop floor control functions with the ability to navigate all production oracle screens. * Requires the ability to move a fully loaded wheeled board rack to wherever it is needed in the factory. SKILLS * Ability to work in a team environment. * Good Communication skills. * Strong computer skills. * Sense of urgency. * Able to adapt to change. * Knowledge of Unix, Windows NT/2000/98, Internet Security, Oracle ERP. * Mentoring/Coaching skills.
