Assembler / Manufacturing Worker

Aerotek has created a partnership to recruit and hire several manufacturing assembler and manufacturing workers to work for a leading manufacturing company.

We are currently hiring several manufacturing workers and assemblers who will work on various metal hardware projects throughout the manufacturing process. The manufacturing workers will be responsible for producing high-quality, functional ladders and hardware.

Job Details:
The Assembler / manufacturing workers will be responsible for assembling, basic machine operation and fabricating ladders and hardware components. High attention to detail required. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools and at least one year of experience in manufacturing, any experience operating production machinery is a plus. We are looking for someone looking to grow with a company, the ideal candidate will have a sense of urgency as well as the availability to work more than 50 hours week.

Requirements:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
- Mechanically inclined and able to work with basic hand tools
- Ability to lift approximately 50-75 lbs. frequently throughout the shift
- Ability to stand 10 hrs./day

Hours: M-Sat 6am to 4pm and 4pm to 2am

$10/hour and plenty of OT available
