Requirements:
- Will be directly supervising several employees over 3 shifts.
- Will be required to work closely with maintenance and shipping departments to coordinate production schedules and ensure goals are met.
- Will be required to coach and motivate employees to work as a team.
- Must be constantly seeking out ways to improve processes for the betterment of the plant.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years supervisor experience
- Engineering degree preferred
- Safety oriented
- Strong computer/inventory skills
- Experience working with budgets
- Customer focused
