Position sits out of Erlanger Hospital. Looking for someone to work with patients and benefits.
Part-time weekend Shift Only- 10am-7pm but Negotiable
Job Responsibilities
1. Interacts with patients by screening face-to-face or over the phone to obtain insurance info and accident details for patients injured in accidents
2. Explains Coordination of Benefits(COB) to patients to educate them on all forms of insurance coverage available to help with their medical bills
3. Monitors live Emergency Department tracking board for patients that qualify for screenings
