Requirements
ManpowerGroup is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to help support our client's team in Groton, CT. This is a temporary assignment that will last approximately 1 year. The pay rate is $15/hr.
Job Description:
*Provide a full-range of administrative support to Groton based GEP GCMA team members
*Coordinate with external project partners including academic institutions, external vendors and PFE- PCOs
*Coordinate the Contract process for HCP's, when necessary. This may include executing confidentiality agreements/contracts with external stakeholders/consultants/key opinion leaders and clinical investigators and managing Purchase Orders
*Maintains calendar of multiple managers, anticipate conflicts and uses diplomacy to resolve problems in advance
*Assist with meeting scheduling, conference room reservations, teleconference/videoconference setup and associated meeting logistics for meetings
*Provide phone screening coverage; arrange for visitor passes and access
*Open, review and route mail, replying to routine correspondence
*Coordinate travel arrangements and support the planning of team meetings; prepare itineraries
*Prepare Expense reports, track reimbursements and ensure correct AMEX credits/debits
*Assist with Project Estimates
*Order supplies, equipment and other such purchases
*Expedite flow of work items, and initiate follow-up when necessary
*Prepare and edit reports and presentations using MS Office software, organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files
*Serve as back-up administrative support for other Development colleagues in the absence of their Administrative Assistants
Requirements:
*High School Diploma or GED
*4-7 years of administrative experience
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are essential
*Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work flexible hours (early AM, overtime, etc.) when needed
