Manpower of Middletown is looking for a dynamic Operations Assistant/Administrative Assistant for our client based in Newburgh, NY. Our client is a building materials firm that has been in business for over 10 years and has worked with major companies throughout the tri-state area. They are looking for the right Operations Assistant/Administrative Assistant to assist with the following in their corporate office: · Update Profit/Loss Reports · Maintain and create Job Costing Reports · Generate Purchase Orders · Maintain Work on Hand Database for the company · Issue or review contracts, request P&P and bid bonds, request Insurance that are job specific · Take minutes of meetings and distribute to participants · Prepare foreman's packages · Filing of project folders · Maintain employee verification that are job specific · Update or submit new qualification packages · Submit Notice of Awards for new projects · Follow up on warranties and inspections To qualify, you must be well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Quickbooks (The client will not train on any of these applications) and have experience being an administrative/operations assistant in the construction/building industry.
