The Manager will be responsible for managing Risk Adjustment, HEDIS and STARS Operations. The manager will be responsible for supporting the operation execution and creating work plans that align with the overall organizational coding and submission strategies. The manager will be responsible for implementing internal projects, initiatives and strategies to meet the organization's overall goals. He or she will be responsible for managing the operation to forecasts, assessing risk and providing recommendations to mitigate the risks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Reporting
- Data Analysis
- Production Management and Reporting
- Productivity Metric Management
- Inventory Management and Reporting
- Client Reporting
- Program and Service Delivery Reporting
- Vendor Management and VRO responsibilities
- SLA Management and Reporting
- Identify Risks and implement Controls
- Create Project Plans
- Ensure that the team meets financial and dashboard metrics
- Provide support for both short and long term operational/ business strategies.
- Represent Operations in a manner that is collaborative and consistent with the tactical and long-term strategic plans
Ability to resolve conflicts and remove barriers to achieve common goals - Implement process efficiencies
- Create short-term, mid-term and long-term operational plans
- Hold others not within reporting structure accountable for deadlines and deliverables
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of Project Management experience
- 5 years of Operations experience
- 2 years of experience working in a matrixed environment
- 2 years Healthcare experience
- Ability to produce within a fast paced organization
- Superior Communication skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Access, SQL, Visio & SharePoint assets
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- Risk adjustment experience
- HEDIS or STARs experience
