Customer Service/Sales Rep

Customer Service/Sales Rep Opportunity with one of the Nation's Largest Banks!

Details:
Pay: $11/HR - Growth/promotion opportunity is great in this department if you perform well!
Start Date: 5/19
Hours: Must be available to work a 40 hour work week between the hours of 6AM - 7PM, Monday - Saturday.

Job Description:
- Individuals will make 100+ outbound phone calls a day.
- Speak with customers about their interest in refinancing.
- Leads are pregenerated base on current customer's who have shown indicators of wanting a refi.
- Once there is interest, indviduals will transfer to a mortgage banker right away
- Must be comfortable with sales and making rebuttals.

Qualifications:
1. Ability to manage/deal with the pace. Stamina to get through call after call with a smile on your face. Comfortable in that environment.
2. Ability to be friendly, personable, rapport builder.
3. Ability to deal with change!
4. Outbound call center experience is HIGHLY preferred.
