About this job

Currently seeking 8 Customer Service Representatives for a call center located in Downtown Seattle to start Friday, April 24th. Open to all levels of customer service, call center experience not required.

Requirements:
Customer first mentality
Must have experience and confidence with MS Office
Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
Must be able to navigate through a computer/internet, moving through multiple screens
Multiple tasks, work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and adapt to change
Candidate has strong interpersonal, analytical, and reasoning skills
They need to know how to problem solve, such as "where is my order"
Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communications and maintain composure under pressure

Looking for candidates who are available for a start time between 5-7am.
