About this job
Will be a CSR for their inbound call center. This company specialized in putting company logos on novelty items such as; pens, sunglasses, hats etc. Inbound and outbound calls. The inbound calls will be calls regarding the status of an order or the shipment/delivery time for orders placed by distriutors so they will be large order inquiries. The outbound calls will be made for orders that have errors such as; color, mispelling or any errors that a distributor might have made on an order they placed on the website.
