Travel Required
1. Perform Field Service Troubleshooting, Repair & Maintenance
2. Perform Installation, Start-up, Calibration & Training at Customer Sites
3. Process all Field Service documentation & reports
4. Coordinate and Supervise On-Site Activities with Outside Contractors
5. Continually develop and maintain technical knowledge of enviromental chambers
1. Type 1 and 2 EPA certification in refrigerant recovery.
2. Ability to read and understand refrigeration and electrical schematics.
3. Ability to solder refrigeration piping.
4. Ability to use hand, power and air tools.
5. Knowledge of proper refrigeration piping practices.
6. Knowledge of controller and recorder function and calibration.
7. Complete ESPEC Field Service Technician Training within the first six- (6) months of hire date.
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum of two (2) years college or trade school OR five (5) years of experience in the refrigeration industry.
3. Experience in soldering/welding ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
4. Experience in electrical controls troubleshooting.
5. Experience in refrigerant charging and recovery.
6. Customer service experience.
