Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

-Courteously answer, screen and direct telephone calls
-Take and relay messages
-Provide information to callers
-Greet visitors to the office with a welcoming smile
-General administrative and clerical support
-Prepare letters and documents
-Receive and sort mail and deliveries
-Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
-Organize and set up for meetings
-Maintain and organize office supplies
-Clean and maintain the office and it's appearance

Job Requirements
