Job Description

We are in search of a dynamic, hardworking individual to fill our Operations & Special Projects Associate position. This entry-level role requires an individual that has extraordinary time management skills and can pick-up quickly in the fast-growing world of education technology. This is a new position within our company and comes with the opportunity to make key contributions to the success of a rapidly growing business.  

Qualifications

Your specific responsibilities will include …

  • assisting the Operations & Special Projects Manager in daily activities
  • communicating and assisting our Finance Manager
  • performing program and feature testing and providing feedback to the engineering team
  • providing assistance to other members of the team when necessary
  • office management - such as ordering office supplies
  • team support - such as booking travel

The ideal candidate …

  • demonstrates the ability to take on new responsibilities successfully
  • has a solid understanding of technology
  • has a Bachelor's degree
