Overview:

Macy's, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the Temporary Employment Specialist I position located in Clearwater, Florida.

Essential Functions:

• Consistent and timely evaluation of candidate application data and assessment results to screen in best candidates for open positions.
• Manage candidates through the employment process using multiple databases
• Evaluate multiple pieces of data and reach a sound decision on job fit
• Extend interview invitations by sending correspondence
• Ensure 100% WOTC screening compliance
• Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
High level of comfort in using computers and technology
Results-oriented and attention to detail and accuracy

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as reports and procedure manuals.

Mathematical Skills:

Must have above average mathematical skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and the ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.

Reasoning Ability:

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Demands:

This position involves extended periods of sitting and the extensive use of computer and the office equipment. May involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Involves close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
