As an Intern in the Merrimack Fidelity Regional Center, you will experience the excitement of partnering with associates who interact with customers and work alongside some of the most talented professionals in the financial services industry as they help our customers to obtain financial services information and conduct investment transactions.

Primary Responsibilities

Facilitate migration of PI Phones representatives to the Genesys call routing platform; assist with the build process, testing, validation, capture data, and provide assessment of the migration. Coordinate training classes and training rooms for each migration phase.

Update documentation for each migration phase based upon observed best practices and additional requirements.

Analyze customer processes and use operational data to uncover trends and potential process improvement opportunities. Report findings and recommendations with senior leadership.

Learn the operations of a Call Center through hands on schedule management and equipment maintenance.

Facilitate multiple focus groups across the site to gather points of concern within the daily process of customer interactions.

Assist with setting the strategy and planning of key regional events.

Education and Experience

Upcoming Junior or Senior

Major focus in the area of Business, Finance or Economics preferred

Skills and Knowledge

Inquisitive and comfortable with asking questions but also able to work independently

Strong interpersonal and communication skills due to opportunities to interact with multiple levels of management

Demonstrated problem solver

Detail-oriented

Organizational and time-management skills

Keen interest in investing (active participant in investment clubs/managing your own investments, etc.)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint)
