Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent people, time and project management skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent related experience. 2 year college degree strongly preferred.
- Previous hotel or catering experience preferred, but not required
- Bilingual is preferred but not required
