Role Description:

We are seeking a detailed, project minded individual to join our Market Readiness Operations team for a 12-week summer internship. This intern will work cross functionally with Strategy and Ops, Tech Ops, Sales Enablement, and Program Managers to help track and review project status, identify and resolve issues and implement and document processes to improve overall capabilities for the PMO team. Our ideal candidate will also be a creative thinker and exhibit a willingness to roll up their sleeves to take on new projects and initiatives with a positive attitude in a fast and fluctuating environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team to ensure strategic decisions are supported through data, analysis, and alignment

Create, maintain, and execute detailed project timelines involving many cross-functional business stakeholders

Design, build, and implement analytic infrastructure to track initiatives' progress and identify areas of improvement

Explain results and what factors drove the results in a report

Prepare analysis and present recommendations to senior management for strategic decision making and investment

Assist team with ad hoc projects and initiatives

Required Skills/Experience:

Current student pursuing a BA/BS or MS degree with concentration in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field

Past experience focused on project planning and time management

Strong problem solving and analytical skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft high quality executive presentations

Proficient Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as the business and technical community

Reliable and personable individual who enjoys working in a team environment

Desired Skills:

Experience with the Salesforce CRM reporting and analytics

High degree of motivation to take on new initiatives while going above and beyond the task at hand

A team player with high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand

Ability to work independently under general direction

PowerPoint presentation building skills

A passion for cloud computing and the social enterprise
