FT Monday-Friday Customer Service Represemtative - Full-time / Part-time

Currently we are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join a growing Mortgage company in Loveland, Colorado! Customer Service representatives maintains good working relationships and cooperate with superiors, other companies and outside associates to ensure that the objectives of the company are met while providing excellent customer service.

This position will include:
-Answer Customer questions and provide appropriate resources.
-Verify information and documentation.
-Utilize email, inbound calls and faxes.
-Monitor orders and communicate information being delivered in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Fully knowledgeable of Microsoft Office
- Quick learner and adaptable to new software

These positions will be Full Time, Monday through Friday, with no weekends required, 8AM - 5PM.

The role will pay $11.25/hour and will start Monday May 21st.
