Job Description: Working from their Corporate office in Columbia, MD, the Enrollment Outbound Representatives will serve as outbound callers for the Enrollment Department. Callers will place scripted outbound calls to caretakers of prospective students who have begun the enrollment process. Calls will include information about how to proceed with enrollment and assistance in scheduling the caretaker for an online or onsite information session or other event. Callers will have access to Enrollment staff members for assistance. Create and maintain accurate call result records in call log.
This is not a telemarketing position. These calls are follow up to parents that have already enrolled or are in the enrollment process and just needs someone to follow up to help with the process.
Will be calling to receive any docuentation missing for enrollment (Birth certificates, Shot records, etc)
Work Environment: This is a large contact center. They will be working with the enrollment team that seats up to 100 employees.
The company is a very employee centric company, they always have out side activities going on, they want to make this an enjoyable atmosphere.
This is a large corporate headquarters that has over 200 full time employees and 100-150 temporary employees during the peak season.
This is a casual enviroment.
The managers will not be standing over their shoulders, so must be able to work independently.
Qualifications: Requirements:
6 mo-1 yr+ Customer service experience (Can be retail, office experience, etc)

Experience answering inbound/placing outbound calls preferred but not required.

Required experience with customer service (phone or in person is fine)

Customer service exp is flexible. Can be in retail, food service industry, receptionist, call center)

Excellent verbal and written communications skills (Test in Writing Sample-Customer Service)

Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven positive attitude

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Must be a customer-focused, team player

Must have great attention to detail (ask about past employment when they have found a mistake/corrected a mistake)
Performance Expectations: They will be required to make 12-15 outbound calls per hour.
The qulality of the call with be monitored.
Must be able to communicate clearly and professional.
They will need to read off a script as well.
The best candidates have a great attitiude and are reliable (attendance).
