Primary Responsibilities:

• 
  
  Perform quantitative analyses of utilization and health cost data, estimates and forecasts


• 
  
  Be dedicated to the Performance Based Compensation initiative


• 
  
  Interpret and analyze healthcare data from various internal and external sources


• 
  
  Define and test performance metrics across multiple plans and set targets as part of a payout program


• 
  
  Identify potential areas for medical cost improvements and alternative pricing strategies


• 
  
  Create and update automated processes


• 
  
  Analyze and Create reporting tools utilized by the internal and external customer groups

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline


• 2+ years of health care experience


• Experience with MS Access
