Our client, one of the Worlds largest and highest valued semiconductor chip makers is looking for a Cloud Systems Engineer for their Hillsboro, OR location.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with engineers to support and extend servers written in Erlang.
Design, implement, and deploy methods to scale XMPP and TURN servers, evaluate server performance, automatically deploy servers, and optimize performance.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Seven years of related experience.
Senior level expertise.
Erlang programming experience.
Experience configuring, deploying, scaling and optimizing.
Ubuntu servers, Python, and Perl.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience with Ejabberd XMPP server.
ICE
STUN
TURN
Familiarity with AWS
