Our client looking for an individual to process and close 25+ loans a month. The loan processor will be working with a pipeline of up to 75 loans. They will be working with all types of loans including government, local business, purchase, and refinance. They need to have experience with conventional, FHA, VA, conforming, and jumbo loans. They will be using a new software called Encompass 360, so they are looking for an individual who has used this before and can hit the ground running. It is a high volume facility. 100 % Loan Processing

This position is open because the business is picking back up in the mortgage industry, so they are looking for extra help. They process mortgages for all different types of clients. They make their money by supporting those looking to buy properties. This person helps them make sure they are making the best decision with their clients. 3 Years of Loan Processing experience required.
