Our healthcare client in Waltham, MA is seeking multiple administrative assistants to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to requests for information from longterm care insurance policy holders and families.
  • Manage all client communications
  • Obtain time sensistive documents from employers and employees to facilitate payroll and billing
  • Interface with customers for accounts management purposes
  • Perform administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to help seniors, their families, and caregivers
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Problem solving capabilities with an ability to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Experience in working in an environment maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent computer skills; including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and Internet Explorer
  • Experience in customer service, payroll, healthcare, or insurance claims
