The Marketing
Manager will work as part of the Program Innovation and Engagement team to assist
in building our business through thoughtful, strategic marketing campaigns to
be hosted at our fitness and wellness centers.  




Primary Responsibilities:


  • Executing promotional toolkit including, but not limited to,
    SOPs, job aides, marketing materials, etc that are supportive of the health
    promotion calendar
  • Orchestrate calendar with larger Optum communications, ie Rally,
    eHP, consumer experience and Optum out of home marketing campaigns
  • Manage all content approvals through clinical, legal and
    compliance
  • Serve as subject matter expert for competitors' initiatives,
    consumer research and trends in the industry
  • Own marketing's role for new sites with single product offerings
    to ensure optimal and flawless execution
  • Gather feedback on offerings to continue to grow, enhance, and
    innovate while monitoring use of materials
  • Support idea generation  
  • Provide consulting, training,
    and assistance, as needed, to improve marketing proficiency of site staff
  • Support the Director of Engagement



















Requirements

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a High School Diploma/GED
    with 5+ years in Fitness Operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in Fitness Operations.
  • 5+ years of experience with Consumer Marketing.
  • Project Management/organizational skills.
  • Creative, innovative approach to Marketing.












Preferred Qualifications:


  • Background in Health promotion.
  • Experience in fitness/wellness or dispersed
    services.
