Working from home on evenings/overnights (from 4:30pm) and weekends (on-duty every third weekend), you will be responsible for maintaining client and CAREGiver schedules in the event of a call-out, communicating with clients and their families, handling all service inquiries with courtesy and exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective communications with our office staff. Document all changes and handle all emergencies. Must be positive and detail-oriented. Excellent customer service skills required. Exceptional written and oral communication skills required.
