Front End Supervisor
- Responsible for all front end operations
- Maintain reporting of FE transactions
- Control shrink in the building and maintain alarm log
- Help promote suggested sell item at registers
- Maintain and merchandise product at registers
- Review reporting and hold associates accountable
- Work with Operations Manager and Store Manager to improve FE operations
- Ring at the register and call backup necessary to prevent lines
- Control all cash office functions and weekly paperwork ship outs
- Maintain cleanliness standards at front of store
- Provide all customers with an excellent shopping experience
Requirements
Oversee processes at front end of the store as well as customer service.
