Process Modeler Level II - Full-time / Part-time

Title: Process Modeler Level II
Location: WDC
Duration: 3 months+ with likely extension
Required: strong iGrafx experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
Strong working knowledge and understanding of iGrafx business process modeling tool and its functionality.
At least 5 year experience in iGrafx technical support or consulting service.
Hands-on experience as a business process modeler and business analyst, identifying business process inputs and outputs, activities, business rules, decisions, actors and actions.
Proficiency in business modeling methodologies and notations including BPMN 2.0 and IDEF0.
Experience with modeling Business Process Using MS Visio.
Good understanding of SQL Server database environment and administration.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently as well as in collaboration with a team.
Ability to work in a complex and ever changing business environment.
Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations.
Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
Experience in financial services is preferred.
Experience as a business architect preferred.
Maintain WBG business process modeling templates.
Create reference sheet of the most frequently used commands to help business users in the use of the tool.
