Facilities Maintenance Technician Needed
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Maintenance of all refrigeration and boiler operations in the facility.
- Ammonia refrigeration or related HVAC refrigeration
- Operation, PMs, troubleshooting, and repair of all equipment.
- May be required to wear a respirator.
- Monitoring and logging all refrigeration
- Keeping records of ammonia purchases
- Inspection of ammonia piping for failed insulation / vapor barrier, rust and corrosion
- Inspection of emergency equipment
- Coordinate PM's / work orders
- Coordinate small boiler / refrigeration projects
