Survey Technician - Autocad

Aerotek's client is a Consulting Engineering, Surveying, Land Planning and Landscape Architects firm in Montgomery County, Maryland is seeking a qualified Land Surveyor or Land Surveyor Technician

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform deed research, plotting and associated computations.
Prepare survey drawings and exhibits to include record and condominium plats, ALTA surveys, easement and right-of-way drawings and topographic and planimetric surveys.
Preparation of legal descriptions

Required Experience:

Minimum of��3+ years experience in surveying
Excellent computer and technical skills to include proficiency in AutoCAD Land Development Desktop and AutoCad Civil 3D.
Proficient in mathematics to include trigonometry and geometry.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
High School Graduate, prefer individual on track for LSIT or professional licensing.
Preference will be given to candidate possessing a CST Level 2 certification, LSIT or having a degree in Land Surveying or related field.
