Aerotek is seeking a Mobile Technician for our client located in Manassas Virginia. The Mobile Technician will be working at 33 DaVita Health Clinics locations across the DC metro area. Most of the buildings are in the DC area, but there are a few sites that are in Charlottesville, Winchester, and Washington DC.
This person will be responsible for handling all work orders (maintenance calls) for these sites. This person will work by themselves and need to interface with the client 100% of the time. This means answering any calls that the client has, scheduling site visits, responding to work orders, and then handling all maintenance issues. Some of the maintenance duties include but are not limited are: troubleshooting/repairing/doing PM (preventative maintenance on HVAC units (Roof Top Units/Split Systems is a must), minor electrical 120v issues (example changing ballasts), repairing or troubleshooting water sourced heat pumps, VAV boxes and other general maintenance such as repairing/replacing locks on doors, fixing doors, fixing bathroom toilet issues, replacing sink facets, under the counter water heaters, etc.
Percentage Breakdown:
-PM (preventative Maintenance) 80% hands on in the branches
-Driving 20% because of traffic/parking
-Customer Service 100% they are the face of our client.
-Spread sheets/computer skills: all work orders come in on a tablet and navigate it. After PM inspections they will fill out a form and completed. Take pictures, put in comments, if something is over their skill level them they will generate a work order for our client to view and then hire an outside company.

- 2+ years of Mobile Maintenance Experience.
- 2. 2+ years of Building Maintenance Experience.
- 3. Customer Service Experience (Specifically interacting with the client).
