Job Description Corporate Recruiter should have 3 + years of agency or corporate recruiting experience. It is preferred that candidates have a Bachelors degree, however an associate’s degree is acceptable. Proficiency in using Microsoft office suite and an applicant tracking system is required.

Experience sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and selecting candidates is required.

Candidates must have a strong background in General HR policies and understand EEO employment law regulations as well as local state and federal employment requirements:



Work duties:

Utilize an Applicant tracking system (ATS) daily to move prospective candidates through our hiring process.
Utilize search engines and databases to identify and qualify candidates for our open positions.
Utilize local, national, regional and niche job boards and other candidate sites to source additional candidates.
Partner with local Hiring Managers to run job fairs, advertise in local media and to suggest additional candidate sources.
Recruiter will be expected to assist hiring manager with behavioral interviewing techniques, background screening, and new hire orientation as needed.
The Recruiter is expected to ensure that EEO compliance and good hiring practices are adhered to.
The recruiter may produce reports from the ATS and advise Hiring Managers of requisition status
