We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Warehouse Workers Needed in Chicago Heights, IL.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Contract Duration: 9 months Hours: 40 per week with overtime potential Shifts: Associates will be delegated to a certain shift after training. Shifts schedules include: 1st - 7:00am-3:30pm; 2nd - 3:00pm-11:00pm and 3rd - 11:00pm-7:30am Requirements: *1-3 years of experience in a warehouse setting to include experience in order fulfillment and picking and packing of orders preferred. *Experience working with warehouse systems and or software preferred. Knowledge of working with numbers and basic math required (conduct basic math assessment). *Ability to learn Behr processes and complete order fulfillment tasks with good quality while meeting production goals will be required after the training period. *All individuals should possess the physical abilities to stand, lift and bend over an 8 hour day. The ability to move product up to 50lbs required. *Individuals who possess the right soft skills are important to Behr including positive body language with a can do attitude, professional, respectful, and clean cut. Behr is willing to train individuals with the right attitude and a strong work ethic. Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour + Weekly Bonus Weekly Bonus: A weekly bonus of $.75 for up to 40 hours and a $1.00 for everything after 40 hours based on hitting the following three criteria: 1) attendance, 2) quality and 3 conduct. To qualify for the bonus individual must pick or process 15-20 pallets per 8 hour day. Supervisor will track results on a daily basis. Seasonal Bonus: At the end of the season individuals who meet performance targets will receive a seasonal bonus of $2,500 for being a contributing team member for the entire season and meeting performance goals. Eighty percent or more of individuals who complete the season received the bonus. Training: 1.5 week class room training period and then 3-4 days of equipment training. The training includes how to build orders with mock tests on the computer. After training each individual will work on the job for 1-week with a Lead Trainer. Dress Attire: Steel toe boots are required along with natural clothing with no rips or holes
