About this job
We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Provide account information by phone, e-mail or in person, as well as information on the full range of the credit union's products and services. Open accounts for members, resolve issues, and professionally handle the member's needs daily. Provide a variety of transactional services to members which may include loan processing, closing and disbursal.
