This position supports the Engines Product Center, within Honeywell Aerospace's Integrated Supply Chain function.

The Sr Manager of Facilities provides support for the Engines Product Center. This person will have a team of 16 direct reports. Additional responsibilities of this position will be to establish process and measure effectiveness of all Facility and Production Support contracted labor. This position will report to the Engines Product Center HSE&F Director.

Responsibilities include:

• Recruit, select and retain leadership talent.

• Provide coaching to managers.

• Provide consultation services for increased organizational effectiveness including assessment, contracting, action planning, evaluation and follow-up.

• Actively partner with function leaders to establish, implement and monitor short term and long term strategies for driving business results,

• Drive HOS initiatives across the product center enabling organizational readiness.

• Align Facilities and business strategy.

• Help drive Facilities functional initiatives (e.g. footprint reductions, factory improvements, bench strength improvements).

• Proactively promotes a Positive Employee Relations (PER) environment.

• Participate in operational reviews across functions.

• Provide organizational design expertise and change management facilitation for function.

• Participate in development and deployment of function mission and business strategies.

• Partner in functional business task forces (e.g. cost reduction initiatives, policy/procedure development).

• Provide talent management expertise, workforce planning, skills assessment, succession planning, retraining programs, etc.

• Team with Aero HSE to ensure Safety and Environmental compliance

• Establish, institute and sustain Manufacturing support process

• Administer AR / Capital process to insure the segregation of expense, and capital spend

• Interface with Procurement and Finance to identify the technical responsibilities of Facility vendors (UNICCO / JLL) and negotiate their annual contract.

• Manage transition projects, controlling cost and delivery

• Establish and control Facilities budget and implement spend control plans

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or 10 related experience

• Minimum of 10 years leadership experience

• Minimum of 5 years manufacturing support experience

Additional Qualifications:

• Green Belt certification a plus, along with demonstrated knowledge of Six Sigma Plus.

• Need to have experience managing people in multiple locations.

•A change agent with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, able to energize and motivate both direct and indirect organizations through thought leadership, energy, commitment and force of will.

• Results-oriented with strong bias for action.
