Requirements:

  • BA/BS in business, management, economics, marketing, accounting, information science, or a related field
  • Superior creative problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills
    • Knowledge and appreciation of business concepts
    • Strong knowledge of spreadsheet and presentation software
    • Ability to work effectively on projects with demanding deadlines in a team environment
    • Effective communication skills with an ability to share and synthesize knowledge

 

Job duties:

  • Lead all aspects of Command Center marketing and communication across key channels, including marketing materials, communication planning and customization. 
  • Interface with our business partners including regional service providers, field management, regional resource centers, and executive leadership.
  • Create communication plans and strategies that drive acceptance, speed of adoption and a platform for expansion into new ideas.
  • Develop and execute any needed processes and structure with the Command Center.
  • Measure and report results regularly and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

Applicants must have analytical, problem solving and communication skills. They must be confident individuals as they will be providing advice and guidance. They must be computer savvy and must have good writing skills and be adaptable to change.  A creative mind and the ability to motivate oneself are essential.  Project management, consulting, and/or prior operational research/analytics background a plus.
