Key Responsibilities include:
* Under supervision, cleaning, polishing, and sanitizing gathering and public spaces
* Cleaning residents’ apartments on a weekly basis or as needed
* Maintaining assigned areas in an orderly and attractive manner
* Submitting work orders to the maintenance team as needed
* Taking initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority
* Interacting with residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested

We seek the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 2 years of previous housekeeping/cleaning experience
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and go outside to clean cottages
* Must meet all health requirements, including TB, and pass background checks
* Flexibility with schedule
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
