THIS JOB IS LOCATED IN UTAH, for as 6-8 month solar project

Degree in engineering or construction management
* Five years of experience
* Attended the USACE Construction Quality Control Management Class
Interface with client
Manage all material testing
Responsible for strict adherence of all work items to project specifications
Work closely with site inspector
Proactively communicate with management, keeping all abreast of any upcoming issues, opportunities, change orders
Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly, promptly
Daily reporting
A. Prepare Contract-specific Quality Control Plan detailing the identification,
scheduling, and performance of quality-related activities for the specified
requirements in accordance with Contractor's Quality Control System
Manual. Specifically, the Plan shall describe the following controls for the
quality of the Work:
1. Identification, sequencing, and scheduling of suitable verification
(inspection and testing) at appropriate stages of the Work; define
the responsibilities, authority, and interrelations for each person
who performs verification activities.
2. Identification and maintenance of material traceable to applicable
drawings, specifications, or other documents, by item, batch, or lot
during all stages of the Work; and handling, storage, packaging,
and delivery of material and products.
A. Conduct inspections of the Work in accordance with the Quality Plan to
ensure that materials and performance of the Work conform to
requirements of the Contract Documents.
B. Conduct inspections as required under the various sections of the
specifications.
a. Control documents, procedures, and data that relate to
these Quality Control System requirements, including
documents of external origin such as standards; and
b. Maintain a master list or equivalent system to identify the
current revision of documents to preclude the use of invalid
or obsolete documents.
The Quality Representative shall be headquartered at the
Contractor's field construction office and shall be on site a
minimum of 40 hours each week for the full duration of the
project and shall be able to respond within one (1) hour to
emergency or problem calls, seven (7) days a week, 24
hours a day. The Quality Representative shall be a
dedicated position: the individual performing the duties of
Quality Representative shall not perform any other function
described in this Section
