Aerotek is currently in need of Customer Service Representatives for one of our clients at our Oak Ridge, TN facility. These are contract-to-hire positions with a duration of an expected 6 months before going permanent.
Job Description:
Representatives professionally handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients and customers to ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and accurately, while gathering customer information and assessing their needs. This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven position that requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task while achieving departmental goals.
Responsibilities may include:
- The CSR may also handle a high volume of correspondence to include but not limited to emails, faxes and written letters that are to be resolved both promptly and accurately.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience.
- Must also be able to effectively handle member complaints while consistently demonstrating behaviors that contribute to the customer service goal of providing the customer with a positive experience.
- CCR's work collaboratively with internal/external business partners to provide solutions for customers, by taking responsibility for following through and bringing outstanding issues to closure on the initial contact with the customer.
Experience Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Post High School or Specialized training as CSR
- 1+ years of Call Center experience preferred
- Bi-lingual
Hours & Compensation:
