We have an exciting new opportunity on our Enterprise Analytics team supporting our highly visible and fast growing Specialty Pharmacy business! In this role, you will drive the strategy for various specialty analytical reporting lines as well as using your strong project management experience to lead the full lifecycle of various specialty analytical reporting projects. Your efforts will include, but not be limited to, collaborating with business partners to define the reporting requirements and providing strategic and analytical recommendations; writing the requirements or coordinating writing with others; determining/recommending the wireframes; conveying requirements to IT and then completing the user acceptance testing. You will manage the implementation, create applicable documentation and provide any trainings or communications as needed. Data investigation issues will be resolved with your strong problem solving skills and you will develop into a subject matter expert related to specialty data and reporting. Innovation and creativity are key to growth, so you will also be supporting on-going reporting enhancements to ensure that our reports are cutting edge and valued by our clients through the specialty warehouse and business intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy. Required Qualifications:

PLEASE NOTE: This position is not an IT Project Management position. This position is responsible for comprehensive planning and management of large data and reporting initiatives sponsored by Enterprise Analytics.

To be considered for this highly visible opportunity, candidates will have strong analytical experience as it relates to reporting design and strategy. Additionally, at least 8 years of report development experience working with pharmacy claims or medical claims data is required. This experience will need to include project management as it relates to gathering reporting requirements from business partners; designing the reports to include the format of the report; working with IT partners and user acceptance testing. Must have experience with Business Intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy or Tableau (experience with other BI tools will be considered). Candidate must also have experience in leading multiple projects concurrently (3-4). Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer a minimum of 5 years of experience working in healthcare and/or product delivery as well as with Pharmacy data and project management. Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in business or health-related field or other related analytical field required. Masters degree preferred. Business Overview:
