Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:

Receives and answers questions from CVS Retail Pharmacy and MinuteClinic customers regarding billing statements, payment information and reimbursement issues. The call center employees primary focus is first call resolution, while creating a positive customer experience and maintaining SLAs. The call center employee must possess active listening skills, analytical and problem solving skills, ability to assist members and providers with complex issues and identify trends. Must be able to multi-task while working in a fast pace environment. Required Qualifications:

- 6 months to 3 years working in a customer service role.

- Ability to complete routinely assigned work based on productivity standards (SLA) with minimal supervision.

- Ability to work in strict confidence, ensuring the confidentiality of patient, medical and financial records and abide by the policies, procedures, guidelines and trainings required for position.

- Basic working knowledge of all MS Operating Systems and MS Office applications (such as MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal/external business partners (i.e. directors, managers, colleagues and external entities). Preferred Qualifications:

- 6 months to 3 years working in a call center environment.

- Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment, quickly making sound decisions and the desire to seek continued professional growth.

- Ability to work individually or with a team.

- Previous experience with medical billing or pharmacy claims. Education:

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
