Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:

The Loss Prevention Pharmacy Diversion Manager Logistics is responsible for initiating and completing pharmacy diversion investigations based on leads surfaced by logistics operators, loss prevention managers, field partners and/or exception reporting. The LPDM leverages data to identify diversion opportunities within the logistics network and follows LP Investigative Protocol for each concern.

The LPDM is also responsible for partnering with the Regional Directors and DC specific Loss Prevention Managers to determine root cause and plan of action for shrink issues within all Distribution Centers that warehouse or flow pharmacy. The LPDM will review process flow as it relates to store service and/or DC inventory. The LPDM will work with partners to resolve operational opportunities and/or case development. Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Loss Prevention experience focusing on pharmaceuticals

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel required

• Experience working with exception reporting and assisting in developing key performance indicators

• Knowledge and compliance in conducting legal and ethical investigations

• Ability to build strong business relationships with all levels of an organization

• Ability to function in a team environment and give as well as accept constructive criticism

• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide by plane up to 40% Preferred Qualifications:

• Pharmacy licensure, LP Qualified (LPQ) or LP Certified (LPC) certifications are preferred

• Prior Distribution Center or Logistics Loss Prevention experience preferred Education:
