Manpower is looking for an experienced Banking Credit Card Operations Analyst The job is located in Dorchester, MA Monday - Friday 8-5pm PAYING $25 - $30 This assignment is for 2 months TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST HAVE STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS WITH METRICS AND REPORTS IN THE BANKING INDUSTRY JOB DESCRIPTION The main functions of the position are to perform testing, generate reporting and, perform functional analysis of the different platforms within the Card Operations department. Incumbents will deploy error fixes for new functionalities, and support the system administrator in Card operations to manage staffing metrics, audits and projects, as needed. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage Information Reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis related to achievements and project status in the Cards operations organization. * Validate iterative tests to confirm functional and integrated testing and post deployment validation * Work with the business and risk areas to develop enhancements to existing products * Support real time monitoring of all applicable systems plus and participate in department audits QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's or Equivalent; 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, financial services preferred SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE * Strong analytical and organizational skills; * metric reporting experience; * Attention to detail and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of reporting and data management to the completion of difficult assignments; * Accountable for results; * Responsive * Expert skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Access and Power Point Resourcefulness (data gathering); * Strategic thinking; * Creative.
