About this job

This person contributes to the success of PBC by checking pallet inventory to insure 100% accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse operation.

Accurately count all pallets

Track each load accurately

Check all Bay Trucks (Conventional, Combo FSV)

Seal all required trucks (secure all seals).

Document and track all use of seals

Identify and correct all loading errors (document corrections made)

Identify priorities and coordinate activities as needed throughout the shift to insure trucks are loaded in proper sequence

Enforce 100% compliance loading to bay maps. Identify CR opportunities for proper bay mapping of route trucks.

Provide feedback to Team Lead and/or PAS on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of loaders.

Enforce WIP process throughout the shift to maintain an efficient work environment.

Track and monitor KPI's as directed by the PAS

Maintain proper process as it relates to the striping and organization of Brk/OOD, removal and placement of shells and the removal and storage of empty Co2 and premix tanks.

Perform hand-held adjustments as needed or required

Maintain accurate record keeping of loader and checker productivity, and any immediate inventory variances.

Provide feedback to PAS on daily workflow including, but not limited to, loading, checking, picking, and other assigned WIP processes.

Assist PAS in identifying priorities and coordinating resources, including WIP processes and PQI concerns.

Ensure on-time and accurate loading of all route trucks.

Assist with coordination of repack area

Perform other duties as assigned

Handle floor operations when PAS or Team Lead is out of area

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Bachelor's Degree

Experience working a flexible schedule including early mornings, late night and/or weekends

Solid communication and interpersonal skills
