Engineering Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities:
Ensure the Decision Making Framework (DMF) is followed and supports the plant vision
Lead the technical team to support the reliability centered organization by applying best practices in the company and industry
Promote the application of Market Based Management (MBM) business philosophies and adherence to the MBM guiding principles
Ensure all employees understand their strengths and improvement areas through frequent one-on-one coaching sessions
Cost management responsibilities include but are not limited to: making sound economic decisions by applying the DMF model, generating an annual operating cost forecast, leveraging internal and external labor in an efficient manner, making system improvements based on added value to the company.
Coordinate and collaborate with the internal Operations Excellence team and industry peers to establish company best practices and standards for the Plant Operations


Required:
10+ years of experience working in a petrochemical or refining facility
5+ years of experience working as a leader in a petrochemical or refining facility
3+ years of experience managing an Engineering group
Previous experience working in a technical role at a polypropylene facility
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
