About this job

To assist the management team with the proper flow of all office administrative duties

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Understands and adheres to petty Cash handling and reconciliation procedures

• Verifies accuracy of clock in/out times as well as tips claimed

• Understands and accurately deals with accounts receivable; inputs invoices and writes out liquor checks (if applicable)

• Demonstrates a full understanding and efficient use of Menulink and its functions

• Has a complete understanding and accurate use of the Cashlink machine and cash handing procedures

• Assists with communication to vendors and guests prior to operating hours; answers phone and e-mails as needed

• Sends completed weekly packet to Support Center with all required invoices, payroll documentation, employee forms, and other documentation

• Maintains all personnel files in compliance with Texas Roadhouse policies; I-9’s, policies and procedure paper work, tax forms, application, and other documentation

• Adheres to proper safe and alarm policy and procedures (if applicable)

• Maintains par levels for all office supplies

• Adheres to tip out procedures per state and location (if applicable)

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience: No prior experience necessary

• Strong organizational skills and attention to details are a must

• Understands how to operate basic office equipment such as fax and copy machine
